Bringing a Magazine to Life at Dillard’s

Southern Living is a go-to lifestyle magazine that features recipes, hosting tips and information about Southern culture. After decades of success in publishing, they brought in Earthbound to evolve the brand beyond the magazine.

They partnered with Earthbound to extend the iconic magazine’s identity into the retail space through an exclusive home collection for Dillard’s.

In addition to product design and development, the Earthbound team reimagined the Southern Living logo for consumer products. Alongside the refreshed branding, Earthbound developed a new style guide for product packaging. This included conceptualizing and designing packaging solutions that translated the magazine’s editorial charm into a compelling on-shelf presence.
