Isaac Mizrahi
Fashion, Footwear, Home, Bed, Bath, Lifestyle
Pioneering the class-to-mass movement that would forever change retail.
Though his fashion line sold exclusively at high-end retailers such as Bergdorf Goodman, Saks and Neiman Marcus, legendary designer Isaac Mizrahi had a bold ambition to expand his brand beyond the luxury market and to the masses.
To accomplish this, he partnered with Earthbound to design and develop an Isaac Mizrahi spin-off brand that blended his signature style and craftsmanship with prices tailored to the everyday consumer. Earthbound then identified Target as the best retail partner to bring the new line to the market.
Following its launch in 2003, Isaac Mizrahi for Target would go on to become one of the most successful and transformative retail partnerships in history.

How We Did It
Earthbound met with prospective retailers to determine the best retail partner for the exclusive line – ultimately making a deal with Target.
We partnered with Isaac to create an all-new brand identity, including brand positioning, logo design and packaging.
We conducted trend and market analysis and executed seasonal trend development.
We partnered with Isaac to translate his creative direction into a product line with lower price points.
Earthbound executed product development, inclusive of fabric development, sourcing, supply chain management, fittings, color and print approvals and quality control.
After the line’s initial success, Earthbound continued to grow the program by designing and developing products in new categories including fashion jewelry, leather goods, pet products, stationery, and even wedding gowns.
