Earthbound Brands Tapped as Exclusive Licensing Agent for Newman’s Own® Brand

Earthbound Brands has been appointed as the exclusive licensing agency for the Newman’s Own brand, marking a strategic step to expand the beloved brand into new categories across food, beverage, and lifestyle.
In 1982, Paul Newman founded the Newman’s Own brand, best known for its fan-favorite salad dressings, great-tasting products, and philanthropic pledge to “give it all away” to good causes. Newman’s Own Foundation continues Paul Newman’s commitment to use all the profits and royalties that it receives from the sale of Newman’s Own® branded products to help kids in need and their communities. To date, Paul Newman and Newman’s Own Foundation have donated more than $600 million to good causes.
Through the partnership, Earthbound Brands will lead Newman’s Own brand licensing strategy and development, with a focus on extending the brand into additional grocery categories, including snacks, frozen foods, and beverages, as well as select lifestyle categories, including home and pet.
Earthbound Brands is a recognized leader in licensing, product innovation, and design services. The addition of the Newman’s Own brand further strengthens Earthbound’s Food & Beverage portfolio, underscoring the agency’s expertise in driving brand growth within this category.
