PR & Social Media Manager, Licensed Brands

Earthbound Brands is looking for a dynamic, detail oriented and extremely motivated person with strong business acumen who can thrive in a creative and innovative work environment. The ideal candidate is a content creator who loves to see their work come to life, and is passionate about going after the next lead whether it be an editor, influencer, or client.



  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media in partnership with Director
  • Coordinate all public relations activities
  • Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
  • Coordinate media inquiries and interview requests
  • Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
  • Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis
  • Build company quarterly newsletter
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
  • Manage influencer/blogger outreach
  • Coordinate events for clients when necessary

Social Media:

  • Research social media audience preferences and discover current trends
  • Design social posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products by creating engaging text, image and video content
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Oversee social media accounts’ layout
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions


  • 4-6 years’ experience working in PR with expertise and passion for Social Media
  • Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and national level
  • Strong relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Flexible to pitch in on projects across the marketing team
  • Interest in the world of sustainability and conscious consumption
  • Self-motivated team-player
  • Highly organized w/ strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills
  • Strong multitasking and analytical skills
