Earthbound started reinvigorating brands in 2000. The rest, as they say, is history.

Within its first two years Earthbound launched the breakthrough partnership between Isaac Mizrahi and Target. Since then, our highly motivated team has combined the nuts and bolts of a traditional licensing agency and a stellar in-house design firm.

We go beyond the traditional marriage between brand owner and manager by adding value with a suite of creative services.

Hadar Sutovsky

Hadar joined Earthbound in beginning of 2015 as Technologies & New Ventures Director. In her role Hadar provide sophisticated and professional support to the Earthbound platform, affiliated Funds and entrepreneurs.

Hadar performs screening and analysis of relevant new ventures and investment opportunities for the group, develops a compelling investment case and manage due diligence work streams, together with a complete execution financing agreements. Hadar is establishing Earthbound’s seed fund (“Vseed Ventures”) and plays a key role in implementing the Fund’s ongoing development strategy.

Prior to joining Earthbound Hadar was Global Segment manager and Corporate Open Innovation leader at Frutarom Industries.

Hadar holds an MBA from the Recanati Business School at the Tel aviv University specializing in Management of technology, entrepreneurship and strategic innovation.
Hadar is an honored MSc and PhD Candidate in Molecular Microbiology & Biotechnology from the Tel Aviv University.


Lilach Moses

Lilach joined Earthbound in 2014 as a business development associate.
In her role, Lilach is scouting for innovative technologies in the fields of digital and marketing, identifying trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events. She locates potential business deals by contacting potential partners, attending conferences and workshops and discovering and exploring opportunities. Lilach develops marketing strategies for our brands and establishing new connections worldwide.

Prior to Joining Earthbound, Lilach established her own jewelry brand where she designs, imports and markets unique jewelry worldwide. Lilach also worked as a sales representative, trainer and as a recruiter for a cosmetic company in Australia.

In 2015 Lilach was chosen to take part in The Global Village for Future Leaders of Business and Industry®, an applied leadership, management, and cross-cultural training program at Lehigh University.

Lilach holds a B.A in Psychology, Majoring in Business from the IDC Herzliya.


Gili Karmon

Gili joined Earthbound in 2013 as an office manager. In her role, Gili is in charge of maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. She records office expenditure and manages the budget.

Gili designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards and making necessary adjustments. Gili contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Gili is deeply involved in improving the efficiency of the organization delivery capabilities.

Prior to joining Earthbound, Gili managed various offices for 5 years. Moreover, Gili has experience as a customer relation manager.

Gili holds a B.A in Government, Strategy and Diplomacy focusing on conflict resolution from the IDC Herzliya. As well as an M.A in conflict resolution as well as a Diploma in Mediation from Bar Ilan University.


Shay Cohen

Shay joined Earthbound in 2013 as FoodTech Director at, Unilever’s Israeli Open Innovation Port. In his role Shay is scouting for innovative technologies in the fields of FoodTech, Packaging & Retail technologies.

In 2015 Shay became Head of Earthbound’s Ventures Arm Establishing Vseed- EB’s Investment Vehicle & Incubation Program – in his position Shay led seed investments, incubation programs & commercialization efforts in 3 portfolio companies as well he is the CEO & BOD of Tami Flour LTD- Israel’s leading Gluten Free All Purpose Flours Brand.

Prior to joining Earthbound Shay was the CEO & Co-Founder of Green Life Café – Novel Food Technology Start-Up Company -Led Company’s assets sale to a group of investors from the field of IP commercialization. He also served as a VP Sales & Marketing AVA Coffee – Israel 3rd largest coffee company and market leader of the specialty coffee AFH segment.

Shay serves as an Advisory Board Member for few companies such as Tracx, Izun, Take&Mak & Rewire.


Liana Naim

Liana joined Earthbound in 2013 and has been scouting for new technologies in the fields of Personal and Home care fields focusing on new technologies for, OTC drugs, medical devices, cosmetics and detergents for home use.

Prior to joining EB Liana has almost 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.

Served as a New Projects manager at CTS for 5 years and prior was R & D Pharma Projects Manager at Agis-Perrigo and CNS team and product manager at the Solvay & Pharmacia unit at the Agis Industrial Agencies.

Most of her career has been dedicated to corporate and business development as well as marketing and sales. Specialization in various Pharmaceutical Industry fields including marketing, manufacturing, regulatory and business development.

In mid-2011 she started her own business (LN Pharma) and became an independent consultant. Focusing to identify collaboration projects between the academic research community and the pharmaceutical industry, as well as assisting international companies to make their acquaintance with the Israeli market.

Liana Holds BSc and MSc in Chemistry from the Hebrew University and Marketing management studies from the Recanati School of business in Tel Aviv University.


Sharon Dayan

Sharon Joined Earthbound in 2011 and has been managing Clients and programs for The Wal-Mart Agro initiative focusing on new varieties of fruits and vegetables, new technologies, sustainable solutions etc.

In 2013 when Earthbound established the Open innovation port for Unilever, Sharon took the role of heading the port’s operations and managing the entire program across Unilever’s product categories including, scouting and identifying new opportunities and managing the relationship between Universities and SMEs and Unilever, hosting Unilever visits and supporting Unilever’s Open innovation programs.

Prior to Earthbound, Sharon served as VP business development at Marqera, an IP transaction company and prior to that has been a partner in GTT – Global Technology Transfer managing – a service company in the space of technology transfer – commercializing projects for clients such as universities, small companies and private inventors.

During her Tenure with GTT, Sharon served as a licensing officer with Yissum, the Technology Transfer Office of the Hebrew University in Jerusalem.

Sharon Holds and BSc and PhD in Chemistry from the Tel Aviv University as well as an MBA from Recanati school of businessin Tel Aviv University.


Avner Gordin

Avner has Co Founded Earthbound Technologies in 2010 and serves as its CEO since. In his capacity as CEO, Avner leads programs that involve sourcing innovations, technologies and products, and managing the commercialization process within Walmart, as well as manages the entire operation of the Israeli office.

Prior to Earthbound, Avner co-founded Marqera Innovations, a business development firm specializing in assisting Israeli innovations, technologies and products successfully enter the global market. Prior to that, Avner was the CEO of a multi-million-dollar touring and real estate company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The company owned a portfolio of assets that included a restaurant, a bar, and banquet facilities, a mega yacht fleet, and a large industrial park. Avner directed day-to-day operations and was responsible for the company’s financial outcomes.

Avner has been involved in technology transfer from Israel overseas since 2003 and brings deep expertise & extensive experience in open innovation management, technology transfer & deal structuring with multinationals.

Avner took extensive coursework toward his MBA at Ben-Gurion University and holds a BA in communications and business management from College of Management in Israel.




Earthbound Israel has been retained by Unilever’s Open Innovation Group to establish Unilever’s Innovation Port in Israel to find Potential solutions to Unilever challenges across the different categories– Food, Refreshments, Personal Care and Home Care, including the strategic science group (SSG), Ventures and Supply chain groups. As well as Bring New Technologies, Capabilities and Opportunities that add real value to Unilever Brands and Businesses.
