XOXO was a junior brand teetering on bankruptcy.

Leveraging customer and retailer loyalty to align XOXO with the biggest brands in fashion.

The Execution

Earthbound repositioned, rebuilt and repackaged XOXO by adding 20 high-quality licensees in shoes, handbags, sunglasses, swimwear, sleepwear, accessories and home décor. Driving the brand even further, we developed a marketing strategy in partnership with the world-renowned ad agency Lespata Decaro to revive the iconic Hugs & Kisses campaign. Earthbound managed the brand with thousands of licensed products to ensure a cohesive brand message.

The Success

XOXO has achieved incredible success and generates hundreds of millions in retail sales at department and specialty stores annually.
